I wanted to add another rave!!! Thank you Mike, Bev, Fred, Teresa, Rick and Bob!! I cannot thank each of you enough!!! My experience with Oehler Homes was completely stress-free and painless!! I was widowed 8 months before we broke ground and many family members discouraged me from taking on such a project as building a house. EVERYDAY Mike and Bev were there for me and made me feel like family. I was comfortable calling anytime of day with any questions! I now own a beautiful home for me and my three children!! We just celebrated our one year anniversary and there has been no problems whatsoever!! I received help from planning the utilities to financial concerns through Creekside Funding!! Everyone was welcoming and I never felt taken advantage of with any of the sub-contractors!! I even hired my framer, Jeff, for my back deck and this year will be privacy fencing!! If anyone is interested in building you are the only choice I would offer!!

Our recently completed custom designed ranch in the Town of Newstead was completed in the Fall of 2005 and we are very happy with the finished product. As a professional engineer, I had very specific goals for energy efficiency, materials and finishes, and quality overall. Mike Oehler was instrumental in ensuring that these goals were met or exceeded. Any engineer can be a demanding customer, but Mike was up to the challenge. One major reason for choosing Sales Associates of WNY, LLC. was the flexibility of the building process and the quality of the panelized construction. My wife and I contracted seven of the subcontractors who worked on our home. This was done because we knew of their quality of work. No builder that we interviewed would allow us this flexibility! In all, our building experience was excellent.

Hello all -- Happy New Year! Hope the holidays were well.
